A food processing plant in San Antonio, Texas was closed after federal health officials found listeria bacteria.

The plant was shut down October 20, 2010 and all products shipped since January were recalled.

The company has not address the issue and their lawyer is unable to speak at this time.

It is very scary hearing story like this because our society has adapted to process foods, but there have been evidence leading that process food have problems also. Such as Peter Pan Peanut-butter, tomatoes where causing lots of death, pork and swine flue, Tyson Chicken (and the employee putting broken saw blades in the food), now this? What more is to come and are we even prepared? What do you think?
