In Texas, it is not common to run across cars that have customize license plates (such as the image above). Not to say that Texans are not allowed to have them, it is rare to see them. However, those fortunate to be seen tend to be a little "offensive". For instance, take the plate above. Apparently, "TD2M" stand for "Talk Dirty To Me". Luckily for me, some nymphomaniac spotted this because my virgin little mind would have had no idea.

As funny as these can be, should states put regulations on what can be written on license plates?
I know in Ohio they are very strict about words like this! These are unbelievable!!! I can't believe they are allowed to be on cars!
